Holman Logistics Option 2 is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Spanaway, WA

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Holman customers; responding professionally and timely to inquiries, issues, and concerns of our customers.
  • Address carrier concerns; follow up on any action items; resolve issues within policy and state guidelines.
  • Investigate any errors in the inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) process that lead to inaccuracies and find the root causes and take the initiative to correct
  • Member of Public Warehousing Customer Service team, modeling behaviors of Company best practices.
  • Capture revenue for special requests and daily activities based on the rates established for the customer.
  • Generate various reports as necessary for account status tracking purposes.
  • Maintain electronic customer files in accordance with record retention requirements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues and act proactively.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • At least two years of prior customer service experience required
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High Jump software experience a plus
